By accessing or using the Phallon web platform, desktop applications, or APIs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Phallon provides an artificial intelligence productivity assistant enabling natural language synthesis, automated coding, image generation, multimodal vision analysis, and web search integration.
3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
- Generating malware, viruses, or malicious exploits.
- Attempting to bypass daily token rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
- Harassment, generating hate speech, or promoting violence.
4. Fair Usage and Quotas
To preserve performance for all users, Phallon enforces daily token and image quotas. The Free tier grants 50,000 tokens per day and 5 image generations. The Pro tier provides 1,000,000 tokens per day and 100 images. Quotas reset automatically every 24 hours.
5. Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Paid subscriptions (Phallon Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle:
- 1-Click Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current billing period.
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time subscribers are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 days of initial sign-up if dissatisfied.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
As between you and Phallon, you retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit, and you own the resulting textual and visual outputs generated by the Service to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for high factual accuracy, artificial intelligence outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users are encouraged to verify critical technical, legal, or financial information independently.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Phallon following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
